Fall is officially here! And that means it’s time to bust out my favorite warm and fuzzy sweaters, riding boots, and scarves. I’m so excited! Fall was basically designed for knitters. The weather is wonderful and you get to show off all your hard work.
One of my favorite things to knit these days are boot cuffs. They are so fun and quick to make. They’re a small project so you can easily throw them in your purse! It’s one of the best things about them.
You will absolutely want them in every color.
Here is a pattern just for you!
GAUGE: 5 sts = 1”
SIZE: One Size
The best part about these boot cuffs, they only look like difficult!
They are so easy even a beginner could do them! They start off with a standard ribbing. This is to give them stretch and so they stay in place on your calf.
Then the ribbing turns into a braided cable. It’s only for a few rows and just like that, you’re done!
That’s it! How fun and easy. Right?! You will be making these for all your friends! **They also make great Christmas gifts! **
Bonus Tip: If you are planning to make these on circular needles I suggest knitting them both at the same time! Give it a try!
I’d love to hear about your latest project and see what you are working on!
